We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the palace, within walking distance to everything. Our room was modern and very clean, with a beautiful view of the Cathedral bell tower. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was exquisite. The hotel had two complimentary bottles of water in our room, which was a nice touch. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town, near all the shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed being able to walk to all the tourist spots. The room was spacious and had a great view of the city from the window.

One major problem during our stay was how noisy the bells were starting at 6 am. It was impossible to sleep through them, and they kept going off every hour, which was extremely frustrating.
